The team behind the CENTRE FOR HUMAN RESOURCE DEVELOPMENT (CHRD) has collectively more than 50 years experience in finance, administration, project management, economic development and human capital development, having worked for various local and international organisations. From providing support and consultancy services to institutions like the UNDP, EU, SADC, COMESA, various African governments and the UK government, the directors of CHRD decided to leverage this expertise to provide locally informed, evidence based, tailor made solutions covering training, consultancy and strategy to public and private sector institutions. CHRD team has also developed various government policies, including MSME Policies, Investment Policies and policies and programmes aimed at youth empowerment and revatilisation of dying communities.
CHRD operates as a limited liability company registered in the Kingdom of Eswatini. CHRD operates through a network of associates and consultants placed in strategic locations within the African continent, allowing us to provide, quality-controlled programmesin English, Portuguese and French.
